Hi everybody! We're excited to announce, that we've officially opened up our*Call for Contribution* <https://alasca.cloud/en/alasca-summit-2026/alasca-summit-2026-programme/ala…> for the ALASCA Summit 2026! This year's motto: /With C – as in Community. Breaking down technical silos united for a digitally sovereign Europe./ Would you like to introduce a new project, present a use case or share „lessons learnt“ with the community? We are looking for a variety of technical submissions in the area of open source cloud infrastructure and look forward to many different topics. You can submit the following formats for this year's ALASCA Summit: * Lightning Talk (10 minutes) * Talk (20 minutes) * Workshop (3 hours): When submitting a workshop, we kindly ask you to include information regarding hardware, software and skill requirements in the abstract. The Call for Contribution is open until *31.05.2026. *In the weeks following that date, an evaluation and selection of all submitted contributions will be carried out and we will then inform you about the decision to include your submission in our programme for the ALASCA Summit 2026. We are super excited to see all of your contributions coming in throughout the following weeks and months and can't wait to curate a valuable, information packed programme for our community! We are delighted to send out our official *Save the Date* for the *ALASCA Summit 2026*, which will be taking place on *November 3rd and 4th* this year here in Dresden. We will be coming together at the *Mighty Twice Hotel <https://www.twicehotels.de/dresden>* for 2 days of knowledge exchange, talks, hands-on workshops and panel discussions all around the topic of open-source cloud infrastructure.
